Harvest Medley Noodles with Pine Nuts & Goat Cheese

Harvest Medley Noodles (16 oz)

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic Clove, Large
  • ⅓ Cup Goat Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cubed Butternut Squash
  • 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts, Raw

Steps

  1. Finely chop garlic clove
  2. Heat pan with olive oil on medium heat
  3. Add garlic to pan and saute
  4. Add pine nuts to pan and toast for 4 minutes
  5. Add cubed butternut squash and cook until tender
  6. Add Package of Harvest Medley Noodles and cook 4-6 minutes
  7. Add seasoning
  8. Incorporate ingredients
  9. Plate and top with crumbled goat cheese & pine nuts
