Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cubed Butternut Squash
- 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 ½ Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts, Raw
Steps
- Finely chop garlic clove
- Heat pan with olive oil on medium heat
- Add garlic to pan and saute
- Add pine nuts to pan and toast for 4 minutes
- Add cubed butternut squash and cook until tender
- Add Package of Harvest Medley Noodles and cook 4-6 minutes
- Add seasoning
- Incorporate ingredients
- Plate and top with crumbled goat cheese & pine nuts
