- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Cans White Beans
- ½ Lemon, Juiced
- ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ Cup Italian Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Steps
- Preheat Oven to 450 F
- Drizzle Cloves with Olive Oil on a Baking Sheet
- Bake 25-30 Minutes
- In a Food Processor, Combine Garlic, Beans, Parsley, Salt, Lemon, & Cheese
- Slowly Add Olive Oil Until Creamy
- Transfer to a Bowl & Garnish with Parsley & Cheese
