Ingredients
- 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- Butternut Squash (16 oz)
- 1.5 Teaspoons Rosemary, Finely Chopped
- 1.5 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ΒΌ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Steps
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add Garlic and cook for 2 minutes
- Add squash, rosemary, salt & pepper and cook 6 minutes
- Stir frequently
- Add lemon juice and combine
- Serve & Garnish with Parmesan & Rosemary
