Carrot Sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 12 Anchovy Fillets
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oilk
  • 2 Romaine Hearts
  • Pepper
  • Carrot Sticks

Steps

  1. Place Parmesan, Garlic, Anchovies, Lemon Juice, & Vinegar in Food Processor
  2. Pulse & Begin Adding Olive Oil & Romaine Slowly Until Finely Chopped
  3. Transfer to a Bowl
  4. Serve with Carrot Sticks
