Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Carrots & Celery Sticks

Ingredients

  • 16 Oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 10 Oz Frozen Spinach
  • 1.5 Cups Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
  • 21 Oz Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Spray Baking Dish with Non-Stick Spray
  3. Combine Cream Cheese & Mayo
  4. Add Spinach, Cheese, Artichoke hearts, Lemon Juice, Pepper, & Roasted Garlic
  5. Stir Until Combined
  6. Spoon Mixture Into Baking Dish
  7. Bake for 20-25 Minutes, Until Golden Brown
  8. Serve with Celery & Carrot Sticks
