Ingredients
- 16 Oz Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 10 Oz Frozen Spinach
- 1.5 Cups Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
- 21 Oz Artichoke Hearts
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Spray Baking Dish with Non-Stick Spray
- Combine Cream Cheese & Mayo
- Add Spinach, Cheese, Artichoke hearts, Lemon Juice, Pepper, & Roasted Garlic
- Stir Until Combined
- Spoon Mixture Into Baking Dish
- Bake for 20-25 Minutes, Until Golden Brown
- Serve with Celery & Carrot Sticks
