Ingredients
- Green Zucchini Capellini (16 oz)
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Large Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped
Steps
- Heat olive oil over medium heart in a large skillet
- Saute zucchini for 3 minutes
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute
- Add tomatoes and cook until warm
- Add crushed red pepper, seasonings, & 3 Tablespoons of Chopped Basil
- Combine all ingredients evenly
- Serve & Garnish with Fresh Basil and Grated Parmesan
