Ingredients
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- ¼ Cup Golden Raisins
- Turnip Noodles
- 1.5 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1.5 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Pine Nuts
- ½ Cup Walnuts
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
Steps
- Pulse Walnuts, Pine Nuts, & Garlic in a Food Processor, Pulsing Until Chopped Finely
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add Turnip Noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add in oregano, pulsed mixture, raisins, and season with salt & pepper
- Cook for 3-5 Minutes combining ingredients
- Serve in Bowls and Top with Pine Nuts & Golden Raisins
