Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Yellow Squash Noodles (16 oz)
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Parsley
- 16 oz. Large Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- Pinch of Red-Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium high
- Add olive oil
- Add shrimp
- Season shrimp with salt
- Cook shrimp in a single layer for about 3 minutes
- Flip shrimp once opaque
- Remove from Pan
- Reduce Heat to Medium
- Add Butter, Garlic, & Red Pepper Flakes to Skillet
- Cook for 2 Minutes
- Add Squash Noodles, Cooking for 4 Minutes
- Remove from Heat
- Add Lemon Juice, Parsley, & Shrimp
- Season, Combine, & Serve
